We are incredibly honoured to be back offering Pilates in Jasper, now out of Jasper Physiotherapy & Health Centre. Jasper crew, join us for a 6 week pre-registered series as we enjoy an awakening mat class designed to remind you how strong your body already is. With modifications to meet you where you're at, we guarantee this all levels practice will leave you feeling more empowered both on & off the mat
*Please note: No classes on Sunday, November 3rd or December 1st as Ascend Movement Studio hosts its monthly Sunday Sanctuary session. Register for the full series and receive two complimentary Drop Ins to join Sarah in Hinton
