Hips - the “junk drawers” of our bodies as we  refer to in studio  - often need more TLC than we give them, especially with how much stuff they carry. Hippy Hour is designed  to nourish tired, achey hips by stretching, strengthening & supporting recovery through the tissues we often overwork and undervalue

Suitable for all levels, experience a blend of yoga & self-myofascial release to help open up your hips for a happier, healthier feeling you can take with you off the mat
