Designed to offer something for everyone, Find Your Flow comes together as a collective for an hour of mindful exploration. Pairing movement with breath, in this class we'll learn to strength both body & mind by nourishing the connection we cultivate within ourselves rather than focusing on the shape of the pose. Although this class is all levels, if you're new to the practice then we do encourage you to check out our Foundations sessions. Not to worry however, we'll meet you where you're at with variations curated to leave you feeling strong in your ability to find your flow
