A class designed for you to reconnect with your inner world through exploration of the body with mindful movement, awareness, and breath. Beginning with gentle movements to promote circulation throughout the body, eventually we slip into stillness with Yin-inspired postures to give the nervous system an opportunity to unravel & relax. Guided relaxation techniques are woven throughout class to help leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead. Suitable for all levels - socks, sweaters, and other comfortable clothing are recommended
