Sarah graduated from the University of Alberta in 2013 and has a background in kinesiology, majoring in sport and health psychology. A dedicated E-RYT 500 yoga teacher + practitioner, she worked as a kinesiologist for several years serving Edmonton and the surrounding area. Working with a wide demographic of people including athletes, older populations, the corporate world and people with limited mobility. With thoughtfully curated classes, Sarah is passionate about educating her students on how their bodies are designed to move as well as offering space for individuals to connect within themselves and the greater community in order to live a happier and healthier life
