Barre is an all levels, dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates & strength training into a class that is designed to challenge both body & mind while having a ton of fun through the process. You do not need a barre at home, a chair or counter work perfectly fine!
Paired with energizing playlists, barre is a low-impact, full body workout. Expect to focus on toning, strengthening, lengthening & stretching for an embodied experience on the mat.
