Designed especially with golfers in mind, this 60-minute Cycle | Stretch for Golfers session blends low-impact cardiovascular work on the bike with purposeful stretching on the mat—targeting the muscles and movement patterns golfers rely on most.
You’ll begin with functional cycling intervals to gently elevate the heart rate, build lower-body strength, and support endurance without excessive joint strain. From there, we’ll transition off the bike to focused mobility and stretch work for the hips, hamstrings, calves, spine, shoulders, and thoracic rotation—key areas that influence swing power, stability, and injury prevention.
Golf is rotational, asymmetric, and demands both mobility and control. Cross-training with cycling and mobility work can:
Improve cardiovascular endurance for long rounds
Increase hip and thoracic spine mobility for a smoother, more powerful swing
Build leg strength and stability to support balance and consistency
Reduce stiffness and help prevent common golf-related aches and injuries
