Join us on Saturday, March 7th for a special International Women’s Day Team Teach, led by Chainee & Sarah. This 60-minute empowering ride is inspired by the International Women’s Day 2026 theme: Give To Gain—a reminder that when we give, we all grow stronger

Through powerful music, intentional coaching, and shared energy, this class is an invitation to give effort, encouragement, and presence—while gaining connection, confidence, and collective momentum. Rooted in a spirit of generosity and collaboration, we’ll ride together to celebrate women, support one another, and help forge a more equitable future—starting within ourselves and extending far beyond the studio

All levels are welcome

In the spirit of giving beyond our studio walls, all pass proceeds from our Team Teach will be donated to the Yellowhead Emergency Shelter for Women (YESS), supporting women and families in our community.
