This foundational workshop strips back the lights and the loud music to focus on the technical essentials that make every ride more effective and safe.
Hosted by Taylor, this 60-minute deep dive will give you the tools you need to own your bike and your movement.
Pro Bike Setup: Learn how to adjust your seat and handlebars for your specific height and reach to prevent injury and maximize power.
Hand Positioning & Alignment: Master the "why" behind the different positions and how to maintain proper form through every climb and sprint.
Choreography Dissected: We’ll break down common rhythm-cycle movements so you can move in sync with the beat with total confidence.
