We’re back this fall with two 5-week Pilates series designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility — all without risking injury. Led by Sarah, these progressive mat-based classes are suitable for all levels and focus on safe, effective movement that supports your body both on and off the mat.

When: Mondays — Sept 15, 22, 29 & Oct 6, 20 | Oct 27, Nov 3, 10, 17, 24
Time: 5:00–6:00 PM or 6:30–7:30 PM
Cost: $96 + GST per 5-week series
