Barre is an all levels, dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates & strength training into a class that is designed to challenge both body & mind while having a ton of fun through the process. Paired with energizing playlists, barre is a low-impact, full body workout with the majority of class done at our ballet bar. Expect to focus on toning, strengthening, lengthening & stretching for an embodied experience on the mat.

Grip socks are mandatory.

For liability purposes, we cannot welcome guests without grip socks.

We strictly adhere to this policy, and we have a huge selection for you to enjoy shopping (All Access members, enjoy your Member Perks when you do). Like your yoga mat, we strongly encourage keeping an extra pair of socks in your bag/vehicle in the event you forget yours
