Dissolve into stillness as you explore the deeper spaces of both body and mind in this live online Yin practice. With guided instruction and gentle modifications throughout, Yin offers the perfect balance to the busyness of everyday life.

This slower-paced class focuses on longer-held poses paired with mindful breathing, giving you the opportunity to release tension, create space in the body and cultivate a sense of calm you can carry with you long after you leave your mat. Suitable for all levels, Yin invites you to slow down, tune in and simply be.
