Enjoy the freedom to stay consistent with your movement routine from the comfort of home or anywhere you go. Whether you’re traveling, easing into your morning, or winding down in the evening, Ascend Online keeps you connected to the studio and the supportive energy of our community.

Simply register for the classes you’d like to attend and you’ll receive a link to join the online session, along with an automatic reminder email containing the link 20–30 minutes before class begins.

This membership is month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime by sending us an email with at least one week’s notice.
