Pilates is a modern, progressive mat practice designed to build strength, flexibility + endurance without risking injury. This comprehensive class focuses on core stability to help you develop a strong, supportive relationship with your midsection, while also incorporating pelvic and shoulder stabilization and movement within neutral alignment.

Through intentional breathwork and thoughtfully sequenced exercises, you’ll work to restore the natural curves of the spine, release built-up tension and move with greater confidence and control.

This class is delivered live online, so you can join us from wherever you are. Once you register, you’ll receive a link to access the class, and a reminder email with the join link will automatically be sent 20–30 minutes before class begins. Simply click the link, roll out your mat and move with us.
